Boxes Builders always approaches each project with a team approach, we understand our development partners rely on our expertise to provide solutions needed to solve the complex construction issues from design, budgeting/cost through construction to provide a Class A self-storage facility. We have built more than 130 facilities in our combined leadership’s history and we understand what the REIT operators are looking for to maintain value and maximize ROI for the development partner and their investors.
National Experience
Boxes’ leadership team has built more than 130 facilities in the United States and 7 facilities in Europe. We understand the complexities encountered in differing municipalities. We have successfully completed multiple self-storage developments in many of the toughest barriers to entry municipalities, which provides a useful experience for our development partners to utilize and locate more strategic locations to develop. We have built all throughout the united states including: Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, Washington DC metro, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Illinois, Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, Ohio, Tennessee, Arkansas, Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, California, Washington and Europe, including: The Netherlands, France and Germany.
